Once America becomes active again in the global arena, all countries would follow suit. For progress to take place, America is the yardstick. The slow down has had its worst effect the world over. Millions of people lost jobs and there was decline in demand for goods and services. Now that the economy of USA is back to rails, everything should improve in America and the positive impact will definitely be felt by all countries. Any company could go under at any time and everyone is trying to make a buck in today's world. Innovating may require migrating back and forth. Its life. If you are switching from a native commenting system like blogger it is worth the leap and now you can import your comments more effectively.
