		<description>Hehe... the Isle of Man is part of the British Isles, not of the UK, not technically part of Europe (but part of the European Economic Area), on the Anlgo-Irish Council, in the Celtic League and part of the old Norse kingdom of Sodor and Mann.
We're very confused...</description>

		<description>Actually Wales and Northern Ireland don't have devolved parliaments - they have assemblies which have more limited powers. It's Scotland that has its own parliament and legal system.</description>
