Over the past week, I have received emails from FreshBooks (indeed prior to the announcement being made publicly) and Just Answer notifying me of changes to their sites.
Just Answer, a paid Q&A service reviewed here, has launched an affiliate program where you can insert a question box, such as the one below, text link or banner on your website. You then get 10% of the money exchanged besides the person asking the question and those answering, without them losing a penny of their earnings. Once you earn $20, you may withdraw it into PayPal.
I did suggest to Just Answer that they should make these question boxes more widget-like, and they agreed. I think it’s important to place Just Answer branding and graphics on these question boxes to show it’s not actually run by the affiliate. They agreed with me and said they’d start doing this in about a month’s time.
FreshBooks, an invoicing service (reviewed here), announced that their invoicing/time tracking service will integrate with 37signals’ Basecamp project collaboration tool. FreshBooks will allows Basecamp’s “To-Do” lists and time logs to be turned into invoices. The aim of this appears to be to aid FreshBooks’ current customers who often use Basecamp and to lure Basecamp clients into FreshBooks.

I like Freshbooks…. but Just Answer… it’s called Google
There is another good resource for online invoicing application and it is called Invoicera. The product is in beta testing phase but will be as good as freshbooks.
