Disclosure: Webby’s World is getting paid to write this review. We will try not to let this alter our opinion
Yes; we are getting paid to write this review. To be honest though, I’d have probably still have reviewed it even if I wasn’t getting payment! Best Party Ever is a service which helps you organise a party or an event.
The site works on the principal of typing the type of event you are hosting and then your location, the service seems to be limited to the United States, you are then returned with a list of businesses which help with these events. This page, for example, returns a list of businesses which could help with Murder mysteries within 50 miles of Sandwich, MA. I do doubt the usefulness of the results. I do wonder how a bakery is related to a murder mystery…

You can then add these business to a list. The site provides a planner for managing guests, budget and these businesses. This allows you to have a nice central place to plan your killer party!
A very annoying thing about the website is when you load the website a Flash screencast, complete with audio, automatically streams. BlogsBlog have warned against this. The thing is you might be accessing this at work or in a public location; you’d get many strange glares if audio suddenly comes booming out!
Otherwise, the site is very well designed and is extremely heavy on Ajax and is pretty Web 2.0 .
I do wonder if all of this planning is absolutely necessary. Surely for a back to college party, an example they provide, all this planning would not be necessary. In fact, planning your party excessively might make it worse.
