This post about iLike has been brought down per the request of Azhar and some other folks. Apparently I wasn’t supposed to disclose any details, but I misread the email.
I’d like to give my apologies to iLike and Azhar, and Napfisk because I feel like I can’t honour their request for an invite.
What I like (no pun intended) about Last.fm are the groups. I’ve only joined about two or three, but unlike with Flickr (for instance, where there’s groups-a-plenty), the interaction and loyalty is huge.
If iLike has something great up its sleeve, let them come, but I think Last.fm is still so young and new, I’d love to stay with them.
Oh, and of course I’d love the invite
(PS iTunes keeps amazing and attracting me, but it also keeps me running away from it screaming like a banshee. It’s just not good enough, is it?)
I don’t get it – don’t they want the publicity? What can be said/not said?
I Like iLike…
iLike is an upcoming service that will help you organize your music, share your music tastes, and discover new music through your friends. Thanks to Joe, I received an invite. I signed up I can tell you, I love this…
