Now, why is this? When I open up The Times newspaper on Friday, I only see three things to do with computers. Something about high-def DVDs, something pointless on how online newspaper circulation has gone up and then something about a new WiFi technology. You know what? I couldn’t care about either three.
None of these appeal to me. Okay. Why would I want any high-def DVDs? I rarely watch DVDs, and when I do, it’s on my PC. So, I ask why the interest? 1 reason. Many big companies are risking a lot by choosing one format. I’m personally not planning on buying and HD-DVDs until the war is won by someone. I don’t want to be the holder of the Betamax.
Okay, secondly. What importance does a websites hits have? None. It is bound to grow. The internet is growing.
Finally, this new WiFi thing was WiMax. I’ve never had much of an interest in WiFi. Partly, as I’m not a laptop user (nor fan) and secondly, I though the technology took a while to become mainstream. Fair enough - it’s very useful, as I’ve seen with the Palm. Still, it will never replace a good wired connection.
Don’t you get sick of this type of tech too?

Ugh I hate it too. Worthless.
agreed, too much crap out there we dont need. then they upgrde it 20 times. Its like those women that break the pole vault record 1cm at a time.
